This static website does not ask you to create an account, upload documents, enter payment information, or submit case data. UBOS has not embedded advertising pixels or behavioral analytics in these pages.
Infrastructure providers may still process ordinary connection data such as IP address, timestamp, requested path, and browser headers to deliver and protect the site.

Not required
- Client matter files or case evidence.
- Passwords, API keys, private keys, tokens, or recovery codes.
- Production database exports or privileged cloud access.
- Automated decisions about clients, staff, or legal outcomes.
Before an engagement
Custody terms must become specific.
- Identify contracting parties and authorized representatives.
- List exact information requested, transfer method, storage location, and permitted operators.
- Set retention, correction, export, deletion, incident, and legal-process handling.
- Record any processors or tools that would receive engagement information.
- Separate customer-owned artifacts from UBOS working records and required legal/accounting retention.
- Do not transmit confidential material until those terms are written and accepted.
Current status: no universal customer-data processing claim is made. The engagement data schedule is still a release gate.
