The problem

Important rules live in too many places.

Policies, responsibilities, supplier assumptions, recovery needs, and client obligations accumulate across documents and people. Technology can then be chosen without one approved account of who controls what, what must never happen, and how the firm exits.

Sovereign Ignition creates that account before any infrastructure is deployed.

The deliverable

One bounded package. No hidden deployment.

01

Approved Covenant

The human-readable authority: purpose, roles, forbidden uses, data boundaries, recovery needs, and open questions.

02

Deterministic Manifest

A machine-readable projection of the approved Covenant. The same approved inputs produce the same canonical result.

03

Minimum Estate Deed

The handover record: ownership, custody, risks, costs, assumptions, evidence identities, recovery, export, and exit.

How UBOS achieves the outcome

Four parts working together, without making your organization depend on a black box.

These are capabilities inside a future private estate. Sovereign Ignition explains and designs them first; it does not silently install them.

Kinematic Drive

Your knowledge layer. It keeps important documents, rules and evidence connected to their source, so people can find what matters and see where it came from.

Hologram

Your clear operational view. It makes current state, approvals, open risks, changes and recovery evidence visible to the people responsible for the estate.

Flywheel

Your improvement loop. It turns repeated, verified lessons into better templates, checks and runbooks—without letting an AI rewrite important rules on its own.

Terraforma

Your private-estate foundation. It gives the organization a distinct, controlled environment with clear boundaries, receipts and a path to restore, transfer or close it.

Why a European private cloud

Customer control first. OVHcloud is the intended European implementation path.

When a deployment is separately approved, the customer—not UBOS—holds the provider relationship, account, data, keys, exports and final authority. OVHcloud is the current European provider direction because it publishes European data-sovereignty, reversibility and certification information.

That is a provider-selection reason, not a blanket security or compliance promise. The exact service, region, identity controls, cost, backup, restore and portability must be checked for each estate before deployment. The Estate Manifest stays provider-neutral so the customer has a route away from any one cloud.

One system, different configurations

The same foundation adapts to what your organization must protect and continue.

Law firm

Make authority, confidential-information boundaries, approved knowledge sources, client-data exclusions, and succession legible before adopting AI or new systems.

University or research team

Keep research data, sources, permissions, management plans, preservation, and handover clear when a project ends or the team changes.

Health team

Define care-information boundaries, roles, evidence sources, retention questions, recovery needs, and the human decisions that must never be automated.

Institution or NGO

Keep policies, public duties, approvals, records, service continuity, and future operator handover visible across changing staff and suppliers.

Power user or small team

Turn hard-won personal or team knowledge into a private operating system with clear sources, permissions, backups, and a route away from any one tool.

These are examples, not claims of sector certification, deployment, or legal/regulatory compliance.

What changes

Decisions become inspectable before technology makes them expensive.

Unknowns stay visible

Consequential gaps trigger questions or block completion. They are not silently filled by an AI model.

Ownership is explicit

The package distinguishes the firm’s authority and artifacts from UBOS delivery work and future providers.

Claims carry limits

Unverified hosting, security, compliance, pricing, and recovery assumptions remain labeled as requirements—not facts.

Exit exists on day one

Export, deletion, revocation, successor operation, and unresolved dependencies are part of the design.

A deliberate first step

Start with the constitution, not the cloud account.

Sovereign Ignition is a five-business-day, non-deploying engagement for organizations that need a private, owned digital foundation. The €1,500 pilot price is a hypothesis, paid only after a written engagement is agreed.
