No relationship or offer acceptance
Visiting the site or sending email does not create a client, solicitor-client, fiduciary, advisory, employment, partnership, or service relationship. The displayed price and scope are a pilot hypothesis, not an online acceptance facility. Service begins only through a separate written agreement expressly accepted by authorized parties.
No confidential submissions
Do not send confidential, privileged, client-identifying, security-sensitive, or credential material through ordinary email. UBOS has no intake form, account, upload, or checkout on this site.
Evidence and future statements
Proof statements are bounded by their evidence date and published limits. Pending features, deployment designs, schedules, providers, funding, and future capabilities are plans or hypotheses, not promises.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site’s text, design, brand, and original materials belong to their respective rights holders. A future service agreement will separately define ownership and licenses for customer inputs, deliverables, UBOS delivery tools, and third-party materials.
Availability and liability boundary
The public site is provided on an as-available basis and may change, move, or be withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, UBOS does not promise uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular purpose through these pages. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Governing details pending
The contracting identity, governing law, jurisdiction, tax treatment, cancellation, refund, data schedule, and formal notices must be stated in the written engagement before payment. They are not silently supplied by this page.
